Boat Policies

Deposits:  A 25% deposit is required to book any trip. If your trip is cancelled for any reason, as determined by the captain, the trip will be rescheduled. Deposits not used during a calendar year may be carried over to the next year should you choose to schedule a new date, or refunded.  If Deposits were paid by Credit Card, a 5% processing fee to will be applied to refunds.  The Charter must give notice of cancellation more than one month prior to trip or the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Liquor and illegal drugs are not permitted. Beer is permitted in moderation, though glass bottles are not. If a member of the charter becomes intoxicated, as determined by the captain, after departure, the trip will be cancelled and we will return to the dock with no refund to the charter.

The group will use boat coolers while fishing. Bring coolers for fish and leave them in your car at the dock.

 

The group is responsible for their own food unless otherwise arranged.

 

Dress appropriately. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, foul weather gear (if necessary) and a camera. Please wear boat shoes, fishing boots or sneakers. Black soled shoes and boots are not permitted.
